Robinson Helicopters are now appearing more and more in corporate roles around the world. The Robinson is a piston helicopter and as such it is far easier and less costly to run and maintain than many turbine machines. Also, the fuel cost of Avgas (aviation gasoline) for the Robinson range is considerably lower than that of Avtur (jet fuel) used in turbine helicopters.
