From picturesque lochs, to towering mountains and rolling countryside, Scotland has arguably some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. Departing from Heli Air Wellesbourne on Friday, flying up to Cumbernauld (2.5 -3 hrs) for a warm and welcome lunch with our fellows at Heli Air Scotland. From Cumbernauld we would fly many of the various routes on the western isles to overnight at Glenforsa (Hotel and Airfield at Mull). Depending on uptake and interest, Day 2 is flexible for fly outs to Isles of Jura, Iona Staffa or lower Skye seeing sights such as Ben Nevis, the Great Glen, or the Glenfinnan viaduct (Harry Potter Train) to Mallaig. Night 2 will be at Loch Melfort on Oban, a wonderful hotel with stunning views. A lazy start on the Sunday allows us to saunter down either the Eastern or Western edge of England, back into Wellesbourne early afternoon.

Each aircraft will carry a Heli Air safety pilot for your own benefit. The set-up fee covers all landing, parking and associated fees, instructor overnights and all maps/equipment (including Life Jackets/PLB’s if required) necessary for the trip. Flying will be split as evenly as possible between pilots, and we estimate approx. 9-12 hours flying per aircraft.

A back up weekend of Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th has been selected should the weather preclude flight.

Cost: Dual rates + set up fee of £600 inc vat per aircraft
