Heli Air offers Helicopter Pilot Career Seminars at dates throughout the year, where we can help provide more information and options to plan your career path as a professional helicopter pilot. The career seminars are hosted at different Heli Air locations each time, to accommodate as many new students from around the UK as possible.
During the seminar you will be presented to by one of our experienced senior pilots, who can talk you through the process of how to become a commercial helicopter pilot and what you need to do to achieve your helicopter pilot career aims. Our pilots are experienced in many areas of commercial helicopter operations, including North Sea Oil Rig passenger flights, country wide aerial surveillance operations, VIP passenger transport in single and multi engine helicopters, air ambulance operations, flight instruction and more.
First Steps
Once booked onto one of our seminars, you will be given the opportunity to add a helicopter flight lesson to your itinerary with the experienced flight instructor. By booking the flight lesson (£99 for 15 minutes, longer flights available), you will have the opportunity not only to see what being trained to fly a helicopter is like, but also our instructor will be able to assess your capability and give you feedback on your personal aptitude.
